Do you want to know what happened to me when I was young? I used to be very shy with women and I am going to tell you more about that. I hope my story will help you. I am not going to guarantee you anything. But my story should shed some light on all you shy guys out there. I hope that you will do something about your shyness. I did something about my shyness and I am happy now. I want you to do the same.

Let me tell you just how shy I was int he past. You may think that I was afraid of approaching women that I didn’t know. Well, this is not the case. I was even too nervous to speak to girls that I knew. When I heard that girls were going out with us boys, I would simply not go out. If girls were next to me, I wouldn’t open my mouth until they were gone. I could not speak to women and I could not interact with them in any way because of such discomfort.

I only dreamed about women. I used to have these everyday fantasizes in which I would rescue women and they would somehow give themselves to me. I was fantasizing about women so much because I couldn’t have them in real life. Other guys in school had women, but I didn’t. I wasn’t the only loser. But I was almost one of the biggest losers. I couldn’t even speak to women (let alone kiss them).

Here is what I used to think back then. I used to think that it would all change with time. I thought that I would be normal by the age of 18. Well, you can probably guess what happened. I did not change. I did not change just like that. I only started changing when I made the commitment to change. Otherwise, I would have remained the same (maybe even worse). Change needs to be initiated.
