Rob Poulos enumerated differing types of routines and workouts including the muscles which are being worked on. For exercises which need heavy clobber and machines, Poulos has pictures for them which serve as guides. But for those that do not have these sorts of apparatus, Poulos also has a plan for them and for those that do not have time to go to the gymnasium, so doing their exercises at home.
Beyond certain types of exercises, Poulos also included additional information about the proper diet in sync with his exercise regimes.
So if you are still exercise-shopping, the Fat Burning Furnace book is a great book to read and to follow. Don’t confuse yourself with too much concepts and techniques that you see anywhere.
