Radio hosts Allen Cardoza and Dr Melody Foxx were joined by Gini Warner on L.A. Talk Radio. The guest discussed the value of developing dietary and lifestyle changes for teenagers.

Dietary changes address a multitude of medical conditions, including headaches, seizures, emotional imbalance, cognitive impairment, joint and muscle pains, skin rashes, anemia, liver and gall bladder disease, and intestinal inflammation.

A gluten allergy can now be assessed with blood testing alone, without the need for invasive procedures, and should be routinely considered in these conditions.

After receiving her Master’s Degree from New York University in Health Education and Nutritional Science, Gini decided to specialize in gluten intolerance, celiac disease, diabetes, and weight loss.

Maintaining balance, Gini believes is the key to making successful lifestyle changes. Her work focuses on assisting her clients to find that key.

As a dietitian, her goal is to help people find out more about the foods that support their individual needs. She teaches her clients a variety of skills and shows them how to dine out and prepare meals for themselves and their family. She also shows them how to make a mind-body connection to what they eat. She calls this process “Eating Awareness Training”.

Gini has an extensive variety of clients, and she is particularly interested in helping teenagers improve their health by ensuring that they nourish themselves properly.

She helps teen become more aware of how to normalize their food challenges. She guides them on how to fit their new diet into the the rest of their lifestyle. As the counseling relationship grows, she introduces her “Eating Awareness Training” which helps teenagers reach their dietary goals.

Gini artfully designs a program of dietary recommendations specific to her client’s highly personal needs and circumstances and views her on-going support to teenagers as a serious obligation.

She is committed to answering any questions on how to improve dietary and lifestyle health for teenagers and can be approached either by phone or email.
